Jest to już dwudziesty studyjny album tego artysty, zawiera dwanaście nowych utworów, promowany był piosenkami "I Am Dust" i "Love Hurt Bleed". Wydaje mi się jednak, że najciekawszym kawałkiem z tej płyty jest czwarty w kolejności "The Calling".
NIRVANA-zapewne przez wielu znany zespół, w którego w skład wchodził lider, wokalista Kurt Cobain, gitarzysta basowy oraz współzałożyciel Nirvany Krist Novoselic, także (najdłużej grający w zespole ze wszystkich perkusistów) Dave Grohl. Zdobyli ogólnoświatową sławę poprzez premierę albumu "Nevermind" oraz singla promującego album "Smells Like Teen Spirit". Dzięki temu byli prekursorami podgatunku muzyki rockowej: grunge.

During the process of producing their first studio album "Eudaimonia" they realized that they need more musicians to do in a proper way live performing. So they found Harold Juul (guitars), Jan Pold (bass) and Kristian Uhre (drums). To this date they released two studio full-length albums "Eudaimonia" in 2009 and "Sequel" in 2011. This second album was promoting by the single "Judged By".
Niemiecki zespoł synthpopowy Forbidden Colours miał swój okres świetności pod koniec lat 90-tych ubiegłego stulecia. Wydany przez ten zespół w 1999 roku ich jedyny album "Deification" to zbiór jedenastu piosenek o chwytliwych i łatwo zapadających w pamięć melodiach, nagranych z dbałością o każdy najmniejszy detal. Album ten jednak nie zyskał większego uznania na rynku muzycznym, mimo, że utwory takie jak "My Broken Heart", czy "Games Of Life" nadal się dobrze słuchają i nie zestarzały się nadmiernie w ciagu minionych piętnastu lat. pojawić w sprzedaży w dniu 16 września 2013 roku. Zespół udostępnił już dwa
utwory z tej płyty, a mianowicie „Loom” oraz tytułowy „Motto”. Mogę stwierdzić
po ich przesłuchaniu, że płyta zapowiada się na bardzo dobrą i może odnieść
znaczący sukces,zarówno jeśli chodzi o
wyniki sprzedaży, jak również o uznanie wśród krytyków z branży muzycznej.
Album „Motto” jest trzecią płytą długogrającą w dorobku zespołu, pierwsze dwie

full-length album titled “Motto” on September 16th this year. The
band shared on their official website two tracks from this album titled “Loom”
and “Motto”. After listening to them I can firmly say that this forthcoming
album should achieve a remarkable success, both commercial and artistic. This
album is the third one released by Sky Larkin, the previous two were “The
Golden Spike” from 2009 and “Kaleide” from 2010. Actual band members are :
Katie Harkin (vocals, guitar), Nestor Matthews (drums), Sam Pryor (bass), Neil
Marr (guitar). Sky Larkin tours extensively all over England, Europe, America,

Fascynuję mnie wczesna twórczość zespołu Dead Can Dance. Założony w Melbourne, Australia w 1981 roku przez
dwoje muzyków : Brendana Perry i Lisę Gerrard zespół przeniósł się w 1982 roku
do Anglii, gdzie podpisał kontrakt z niezależną wytwórnią płytową 4AD.
Debiutancki album zatytułowany po prostu „Dead Can Cance” ukazał się w lutym
1984 roku, muzyka zawarta na nim to klasyczny post punk z elementami gotyku i
muzyki etnicznej. Płyta, moim zdaniem, bardzo interesująca artystycznie,
zróżnicowana melodycznie, nie pozwalająca się nudzić przy jej odsłuchiwaniu.
Uważam jednak, że stanowiła tylko przedsmak przez wydaną przez zespół w
sierpniu 1984 roku EP-ką „Garden Of The Arcane Delights”. Cztery utwory, które
się na niej znalazły fascynują swą melodyką, atmosferą, bogatą aranżacją
znacznie wykraczają poza wcześniej ustalone ramy i kanony post punka.
Najbardziej doskonałym spośród nich jest „In Power We Entrust The Love
Advocated".

Xiu is a solo project based in Milan, Italy and
formed by Oksana Rodionova (Xiu). Born in Estonia, Oksana has classical music
education and for several years she also sang in the church choir in Russia.
After studies she became part of the underground musical scene focused on
electronic minimal sounds, classified as cold wave or synth wave. She also
collaborated with the minimal-synth bands like Newclear Waves and Cold Colors.
Under the moniker Xiu she released two albums "Dancing Voodoo" and "Xiu".

Hanover Fist was a synth pop duo from Minneapolis active in years 1985 - 1988. Formed by Charles Erickson and James Harry, released several singles, one of them "Razor Garden" became a minor dance hit. The film plot is about an independent radio host Crni (Dragan Bjelogrlic) and the rock singer Luna (Anica Dobra) who are fighting the authorities ruling Belgrad in non-democratic way. They both are cruising their pick-up truck with built-on studio broadcasting their own radio program.

Deak Gyula - "Bill" - wokalista zespołu Hobo Blues Band nagrał w 1984 roku solową płytę zatytułowaną "Rossz Ver", którą wydała węgierska wytwórnia płytowa Hungaroton. Szczęśliwie udało mi się ją wtedy nabyć, a następnie często odtwarzać. Utwór tytułowy "Rossz Ver" to spokojna bluesowa ballada, zaśpiewana mocnym głosem, z charakterystycznym dla Billa ładunkiem dramatyzmu.
In 1984 Deak "Bill" Gyula ( then singer in a Hungarian band Hobo Blues Band ) recorded a solo album which was released by a record label Hungaroton. Luckily I purchased this album at that time and I often played it on my gramophone. The album title song "Rossz Ver" is a gentle blues ballad sung by Bill with his strong voice.
